I’m always open to communication and feedback. Please share your ideas, preferences, and reference images before and during the rigging process so I can best match your vision.

I will share updates and WIPs (Work In Progress) regularly, unless you request no screenshots/demos.

If you wish to keep the project strictly private, an NDA (Non‑Disclosure Agreement) service is available at an additional fee. Please discuss this before starting the work.

Payment options: 50% upfront and 50% after completion of 90% of the work, or 100% upfront.

All payments are non‑refundable once the project is completed and delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the project is canceled mid‑way, a time loss fee and compensation for the completed work will apply. The exact amount will be discussed with you based on the work done so far.

The final exported files (ready to use in Live2D / VTuber setup) are included in the base price and will be delivered via secure download.

The Live2D (cmo) source file is not included by default. If you wish to receive the source file, this must be requested upfront and an additional fee will apply.

Please make sure to back up your files on your side. I do not store project files indefinitely after completion.

Unlimited revisions are allowed during the rigging process, as long as the core design and proportions of the model remain the same.

After the final model is delivered and accepted, additional revisions will be treated as a separate paid request.

Significant art changes (e.g., redrawing parts, changing proportions, or major redesigns) are not covered and must be discussed with the original artist and myself beforehand.

A standard commercial license is included with all commissions, allowing you to use the rigged model for streaming, VTuber activities, and other content creation.

You must credit me as the rigger when using the model (for example: “Rigging by MaKodji”).

Reselling or redistributing my rigging work, or the rigged model as a standalone product, without my written permission is strictly prohibited.

These terms may be updated at any time. When you start a new commission, the latest version of these terms will apply. Changes do not retroactively affect already started projects unless otherwise agreed.
